Sylpheed 3.1beta3 (3.1beta3-win32) has been released. This release includes many new features, improvements and modifications.

    * New features
          o Drag and drop of addresses on the address book is supported now.
          o New plug-in 'Attachment Tool Plug-in' was added. It enables the removal of attachments in messages.
