Wie der Hersteller verspricht, sollen sich Mails gemeinsam im Team bearbeiten lassen und auf Wunsch einzelnen Projekten zuordnen lassen. Zu jeder Adresse lässt sich ein Verlauf anzeigen, in dem Sie alle E-Mails, Termine, Gesprächsnotizen mit der jeweiligen Person nachverfolgen können.

E-Mail

    Im Dialog "Einstellungen" in der Ansicht aller E-Mail-Konten erscheint jetzt am unteren rechten Rand ein Button "E-Mails entfernen". Damit können sämtliche E-Mails in der Revolver Datenbank in den Papierkorb gelegt werden.
    Beim Versand von E-Mails werden jetzt wieder Signatur und Projektbezeichnung mitgesendet (dieser Fehler trat seit Revolver 8.4.5 auf).
    CC-Empfänger werden beim Versenden jetzt wieder im E-Mail-Header aufgeführt und nicht wie BCC-Empfänger behandelt.
    Fehler behoben, der bei einigen Providern dazu führte, dass nicht alle CC-Empfänger tatsächlich eine Kopie der E-Mail erhielten.

    Wenn im Eingabeformular "Zeiterfassung" nachträglich der Kunde oder das Projekt einer Position geändert wird, dann wird jetzt automatisch die Auswahl des Teilschritts (und ggf. des Projekts) aufgehoben. Somit kann hier keine Fehlbedienung mehr passieren, die zu unterschiedlichen Istwerten in Projekt und Reports führen würde.
    Die Design-Modus-Voreinstellung "Feld nicht umwandeln" wird jetzt auch beim Duplizieren von Positionen berücksichtigt.
    Seit Revolver 8.4.5 wurde beim Abhaken eines Dokumentes in der Liste eine unsinnige Fehlermeldung angezeigt. Dies wurde behoben.
    Fehler behoben, durch den bei Angeboten nicht die richtige Grußformel aus der Adresse übertragen wurde.

    Der Installer für den Mac-Server wurde verbessert. Bereits vorhandene Komponenten werden nun vor der Installation gelöscht.
    Revolver Solo 8.4.6 kann jetzt von allen Solo-Kunden verwendet werden, unabhängig vom Kaufdatum.

OutlookAttachView scans all messages stored in your Outlook, and displays the list of all attached files that it finds. You can easily select one or more attachments and save all of them into the desired folder, as well as you can delete unwanted large attachments that take too much disk space in your mailbox. You can also save the list of attachments into xml/html/text/csv file.

Koma-Mail is an email client which is comfortable and has very handy functions. It does not need an installation, so that you can run Koma-Mail from your flash drive but, of course, also on your desktop.

For safety reasons Koma-Mail blocks scripts and ActiveX in your mails. You can also encrypt your user account. To be protected against webbugs you can use Koma-Mail in the offline mode.

Koma-Mail offers two different spam filters: one is word based and the other one is a Bayesian. To prevent false negative detections Koma-Mail uses a white list.

With Koma-Mail you can send and receive mails, encrypted via SSL, through POP3, IMAP (including synchronization), SMTP and WebDav. To stay informed you can use the integrated RSS viewer.
