TinyNvidiaUpdateChecker is an open source app designed to replace GeForce Experience. It checks for the latest NVIDIA GeForce GPU drivers.

It should be noted before downloading that Windows SmartScreen and most antivirus programs will flag this as malicious. We've tested it, as always. It is safe, and we even ran it on our daily machine. GeForce Experience adds a lot of extra services and telemetry, so this is one way to avoid all of that. It walks you through checking for and installing the latest drivers, directly from the NVIDIA servers. We found it very simple to use a nice alternative to GeForce Experience.

    Added the Streaming Statistics Overlay on play.geforcenow.com to access real-time streaming statistics using the hotkey Ctrl+N on PC/Chrome OS or Cmd+N on macOS. The same hotkey will also quickly toggle between Standard and Compact modes.
    Added support for streaming from Microsoft Edge browser on macOS.

    Bug Fixes:

    Various fixes related to managing connected accounts including “Account Connection Failed” errors when attempting to sync your Ubisoft or Steam library.

NVCleanstall lets you customize the NVIDIA GeForce Driver package by removing components that you don't need (or want). This not only keeps things tidy, but also lowers disk usage and memory footprint.

Unlike the NVIDIA custom installation, you can unselect packages like "Stereo 3D Glasses", "USB-C", Notebook Optimizations or Telemetry from the NVIDIA drivers.
