OutlookAddressBookView is a simple utility that displays the details of all recipients stored in the address books of Microsoft Outlook. For every recipient entry, the following information is displayed: Email Address, Display Name, Address Type (MS-Exchange or SMTP), Street Address, Phone Number, Created Time, Modified Time (Works only with address books of Exchange server), and more...

You can easily select one or more recipients from the list and export them into tab-delimited/comma-delimited/xml/html file, or copy them to the clipboard and then paste the list into Excel.

OutlookStatView scans your Outlook mailbox, and display a general statistics about the users that you communicate via emails. For each user/email, the following information is displayed: The number of outgoing messages that you sent to the user (separated by to/cc/bcc), the number of incoming message that the user sent to you, the total size of messages sent by the user, the email client software used by this user, and the time range that you send/received emails with the specified user.

A 64-bit version (only for use with Outlook 2010 64-bit) is available.

Mailspring is an easy-to-use cross-platform IMAP email client.

It uses a new C++ sync engine based on Mailcore2 and utilizes roughly half the RAM and CPU of other email clients. It idles with almost zero "CPU Wakes", translating to great battery life when used on a laptop.

Mailspring is built on the modern web with Electron, React, and Flux. It is designed to be extensible, allowing you to create new experiences and workflows around email. Mailspring comes packed with useful features like a Unified Inbox, Snooze, Send Later, Mail Rules, Templates and more. There is a Pro version (monthly subscription) which adds more features for users who send numerous email like link tracking, mailbox analytics, read receipts, contact and company profiles, etc. All of these features run on the client and it will not send your email credentials to the cloud.

Mailspring now supports localization! The app detects your system locale and all text, menus, buttons, etc. in the app appear in your language. Mailspring's core strings has been manually localized in 38 languages and the rest (mostly error messages and text describing features) have been automatically translated.
We'd love your help improving these localizations! A new "Developer > Toggle Localizer Tools" menu option in Mailspring allows you to submit better translations right within the app. You can also edit the translation files directly and submit a pull request. See the new localizer guide here.
If you use a RTL language, Mailspring's entire UI now appears right-justified, including the sidebar, preference panels, scrollbars, and more. If you use Mailspring in Arabic or Hebrew and notice issues in the right-to-left presentation, please file issues or submit pull requests.

PopMan is a POP3 and IMAP4 client that can be used to preview all emails received on your incoming mail server. Unwanted emails can be deleted directly from the server without having to load these emails completely (it is possiblr to use rules or blacklists). You can also use PopMan to check your email accounts in the background and notify you when new emails arrive.

Mailspring now defaults to English for languages whose translations have not been manually reviewed by a contributor. You can customize the interface language via a new setting in Preferences > General.
