OutlookAddressBookView is a simple utility that displays the details of all recipients stored in the address books of Microsoft Outlook. For every recipient entry, the following information is displayed: Email Address, Display Name, Address Type (MS-Exchange or SMTP), Street Address, Phone Number, Created Time, Modified Time (Works only with address books of Exchange server), and more...

You can easily select one or more recipients from the list and export them into tab-delimited/comma-delimited/xml/html file, or copy them to the clipboard and then paste the list into Excel.

Sylpheed is an e-mail client and news reader based on GTK+ GUI toolkit, and runs on X Window System. The appearance and interface are similar to some popular e-mail clients for Windows, such as Outlook Express, Becky!, and Datula. The interface is also designed to emulate the Emacs-based mailers, and almost all commands are accessible with the keyboard. NK2Edit edits the "auto-complete" entries in Microsoft Outlook. Auto-complete is a useful feature to automatically suggest items based on the first few letters of the recipient, but over time can gather invalid or unwanted contacts. The name comes from the .N2K file extension Outlook saves this email list to.

A 64-bit version (only for using with Outlook 2010 64-bit) is available.

[Win/Linux] Fixed the aspell install dictionary prompt not appearing when you use the HTML control with spell check enabled and a language selected. Cleaned up the process of selecting a language and dictionary. It's not perfect but it's better than before. As of this release you'll be able to turn on spell check immediately after install and select a language right away. Then once you ok the options dialog it'll prompt to download+install the dictionary for that language. After which you can select a particular dictionary, e.g. "en" is the language, "en_GB" is the UK English dictionary.

Mit eM Client erhält man ein in der Freeversion auf zwei Konten beschränktes Mailprogramm. Es werden alle E-Mail-Protokolle unterstützt, ebenso sind für viele Anbieter bereits die benötigten Informationen der Konten hinterlegt.

So reicht es z.B. aus, die Mailadresse und das Passwort von Hotmail einzutragen, schon ist das Konto erstellt.
Mails und Kontoeinstellungen können aus Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird etc. importiert werden.
Sollte man eine bestimmte Mail suchen, hilft einem hier die Volltextsuche von eM Client, die nicht nur die Mails, sondern auch die
Anhänge durchsucht.

Nach Installation läuft das Programm erstmal als Pro-Version und kann 30 Tage getestet werden.
Danach kann man sich zwischen der Pro- und der Free-Version entscheiden.

OutlookAttachView scans all messages stored in your Outlook, and displays the list of all attached files that it finds. You can easily select one or more attachments and save all of them into the desired folder, as well as you can delete unwanted large attachments that take too much disk space in your mailbox. You can also save the list of attachments into xml/html/text/csv file.
