NK2Edit edits the "auto-complete" entries in Microsoft Outlook. Auto-complete is a useful feature to automatically suggest items based on the first few letters of the recipient, but over time can gather invalid or unwanted contacts. The name comes from the .N2K file extension Outlook saves this email list to.

A 64-bit version (only for using with Outlook 2010 64-bit) is available.

OutlookStatView scans your Outlook mailbox, and display a general statistics about the users that you communicate via emails. For each user/email, the following information is displayed: The number of outgoing messages that you sent to the user (separated by to/cc/bcc), the number of incoming message that the user sent to you, the total size of messages sent by the user, the email client software used by this user, and the time range that you send/received emails with the specified user.

A 64-bit version (only for use with Outlook 2010 64-bit) is available.

Scribe is a small and fast email client with an intergrated contact database and calendar. It supports all the major internet mail protocols and uses international standards where possible. Mail PassView is a password recovery tool that reveals the passwords and other account details for many email clients. For each email account, the following fields are displayed: Account Name, Application, Email, Server, Server Type (POP3/IMAP/SMTP), User Name and Password.

Foxmail is a compact, yet very powerful email program with many useful features and a pleasant interface. It supports POP3 accounts as well as Hotmail accounts and offers support for HTML email, multiple accounts, mailbox encryption and more. It also comes with a WYSIWIG tool to compose nice looking HTML emails from templates or scratch. The program also offers filter options, allowing you to act upon incoming mail that meets certain criteria - you can delete messages, forward them, auto-respond to them and more based on keywords appearing in the subject, address, text etc. The Express Send feature enables you to send mail directly to the recipient, using the built in SMTP server, thereby bypassing your ISP. Das erstellen von HTML-Mails wird nicht unterstützt, solche Mails können aber trotzdem gelesen werden.

Durch Plugins kann Phoenix erweitert werden.

Sollte Thunderbird bereits verwendet werden, wird von FossaMail das existierende Profil genutzt, so das man sich mit der Einrichtung nicht aufhalten muss.
