NK2Edit edits the "auto-complete" entries in Microsoft Outlook. Auto-complete is a useful feature to automatically suggest items based on the first few letters of the recipient, but over time can gather invalid or unwanted contacts. The name comes from the .N2K file extension Outlook saves this email list to.

A 64-bit version (only for using with Outlook 2010 64-bit) is available.

Added new option: 'EX Records AutoFill - Drop Trailing Numbers'. If this option is turned on while NK2Edit automatically fills the 'Search String' and 'Drop-Down Name' fields of MS-Exchange record, trailing numbers are removed from the user name. For example, if the email string is "/o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=John Doe234", the 'Search String' field set by NK2Edit will be 'John Doe' instead of 'John Doe234'.

Added 2 new optional parameters to the Add command of NK2Edit scripts: 'Drop-Down Name' and 'Search String'. For example:

Foxmail is a compact, yet very powerful email program with many useful features and a pleasant interface. MailCheck überprüft eine beliebige Anzahl an POP3-Postfächern auf neu eingetroffene Emails. Bei Neuzugängen in der Inbox schlägt die Freeware optisch und auf Wunsch auch akustisch Alarm.

MailCheck zeigt den Anwendern zudem eine Vorschau der elektronischen Post an. Anhand dieses Previews kann man Spam und andere unerwünschte Nachrichten direkt vom Server entfernen. Außerdem startet man bei Bedarf ein frei wählbares Mailprogramm.

Da die Vorschau von MailCheck nur reinen Text darstellt, läuft man hier keine Gefahr, versehentlich Schadprogramm wie Viren oder Dialer zu aktivieren. Praktischerweise läuft das kostenlose Mailprogramm auch ohne Installation von USB-Sticks aus.
