Phoenix Mail 2003 ist ein kleiner eMail-Client welches unter anderem folgende Funktionen bietet:

- Mehrere Postfächer möglich

- Ein Virenscanner kann eingebunden werden

Das erstellen von HTML-Mails wird nicht unterstützt, solche Mails können aber trotzdem gelesen werden.

Mit SmartSerialMail können personalisierte Serienmails erstellt und verschickt werden.
Der integrierte HTML-Editor vereinfacht einem die Erstellung, auch können bereits vorhandene Serienbrief-Vorlagen importiert werden. Die Adressdaten können aus CSV oder Excel importiert werden. In der Free-Version ist die Anzahl der Empfänger auf 200 begrenzt, sowie die Anzahl der pro Tag verschickten Mails auf 400. Sollte mehr benötigt werden, bietet der Hersteller noch zwei weitere Versionen seiner Software an (ab 40€)
Wobei man hier auch die Begrenzung seines eigenen Mailanbieters beachten muss.

MailCheck überprüft eine beliebige Anzahl an POP3-Postfächern auf neu eingetroffene Emails. Bei Neuzugängen in der Inbox schlägt die Freeware optisch und auf Wunsch auch akustisch Alarm.

MailCheck zeigt den Anwendern zudem eine Vorschau der elektronischen Post an. Anhand dieses Previews kann man Spam und andere unerwünschte Nachrichten direkt vom Server entfernen. Außerdem startet man bei Bedarf ein frei wählbares Mailprogramm.

Da die Vorschau von MailCheck nur reinen Text darstellt, läuft man hier keine Gefahr, versehentlich Schadprogramm wie Viren oder Dialer zu aktivieren. Praktischerweise läuft das kostenlose Mailprogramm auch ohne Installation von USB-Sticks aus.

Changelog

- Tastenkuerzel fuer "automatisch eingestellte Server" ist jetzt F6 und
  fuer "manuell eingestellte Server" F7. Die Reihenfolge der Menuepunkte
  im Dateimenue ist entsprechend angepasst.

NK2Edit edits the "auto-complete" entries in Microsoft Outlook. Auto-complete is a useful feature to automatically suggest items based on the first few letters of the recipient, but over time can gather invalid or unwanted contacts. The name comes from the .N2K file extension Outlook saves this email list to.

A 64-bit version (only for using with Outlook 2010 64-bit) is available.

i.Scribe is a small and fast email client supporting SMTP, POP3 and IMAP4, and comes with an accurate Bayesian spam filter. It also protects you from the usual security holes in other email clients with it's own virus safe HTML control and executable attachment lockout. i.Scribe is actually the free version of the commercial product InScribe, so it supports only one email account and one user-defined filter.

Added some basic progress to the IMAP full implemenation. When you open the status panel and click on the IMAP account it'll show you how many commands it has to process. Also it now shows the KB/s data rate.
The IMAP accounts now support basic UI priority, so if you are downloading a large folder of mail and you click on a message, it loads almost immediately. Previously it would only show the message after it had downloaded the rest of the folder. By inserting download commands at the start of the job que instead of the end the code is more responsive to the user.

There is a new toolbar button that opens the console. This new button also changes it's look when there is no messages in the console. This hopefully means that relevant messages can be found be the user more easily. The location of the Scribe.txt file can actually be different depending on the write permissions in the Scribe executable folder.

Improved the charset handling of the HTML "view in default browser" function.
[Mac] Fixed the editor backend used for edit controls and message composition to use sub-pixel text positioning. This fixes the text wobbling in the x direction when selecting part of a line. It won't be perfect immediately as some subpixel glyph parts maybe overwritten by background drawing but I think it's a good improvement.
The IMAP backend now downloads the whole message immediately. This means less complexity between having just the headers vs the whole message. It might be faster overall as well.

Fixed handling of HTML images with CSS for min/max width and height.
Made the creation of the MIME segment tree for Mail3 mail far more robust. Able to handle mixtures of attachments, HTML alternatives with related images, etc.
[Windows] Made the installer create an uninstaller entry in the Control Panel.

OutlookAttachView scans all messages stored in your Outlook, and displays the list of all attached files that it finds. You can easily select one or more attachments and save all of them into the desired folder, as well as you can delete unwanted large attachments that take too much disk space in your mailbox. You can also save the list of attachments into xml/html/text/csv file.
