· previously, page scrolled to put selected result at top of page, now it puts it at the center. Also, sometimes other results in the vicinity were highlighted as well, now only the selected result is.

Removed default/plain style option:
· I judged that the option was superfluous compared to the overhead it incurred.
· Now buttons will always display with the more compact "plain" button style.

Dropping support for < FF 10.0.1:
· Recent upgrades in ATH are incompatible with the earlier versions previously supported, and as they are dated now, I no longer feel a need to support them.
