Recht erstaunlich, was damit auf Anhieb möglich ist.

Aber man wird so natürlich keine neue Realität erzeugen können, denn dem aufmerksamen Beobachter werden die unvermeidlichen Spuren solcher Manipulationen nicht entgehen.

Die beiden angehängten Bilder mögen dafür als Beispiel dienen, ein älterer Schnappschuß von mir und die eben daraus erzeugte Retusche ohne die Zaundrähte.

Allerdings habe ich danach doch noch etwas nachgeholfen, ein paar Artefakte per IrfanView entfernt.
Und insbesondere an der Fellzeichnung ist stellenweise festzustellen, daß die Strichrichtung an korrigierten Stellen nicht eingehalten wurde.

Anzumerken ist noch, daß (zumindest) in der JPG Ausgabedatei etliche EXIF-Daten fehlen.
Nötigenfalls muß also irgendein geeignetes Tool herhalten, um diese aus der ursprünglichen Datei zu übertragen.

Schade eigentlich, daß dieses niedliche Programm seit 2010 keine Updates mehr erfahren hat und zudem nicht als portable Version erhältlich ist.

Fotokorrektur läuft immer wieder auf die gleichen Arbeitsschritte hinaus. Einen pickt sich der JPG-Illuminator heraus, der sich auf das Aufhellen von Schatten und Abdunkeln der Lichter spezialisiert. Er bearbeitet zusätzlich den Kontrast und setzt Bilder in Schwarzweiß um. Wie der Name JPG-Illuminator schon sagt, richtet sich das Programm an Nutzer, die im JPG-Format fotografieren. Da es ohne Installation auskommt, startet es beispielsweise auch vom USB-Stick.
