Mit der Freeware Foto-Mosaik können Sie solche Bilder jetzt völlig kostenlos kreieren. Sie brauchen bloss ein Ausgangsbild auszuwählen und das Verzeichnis anzugeben, in dem sich die kleinen Fotos befinden. Das war´s. Das Programm berechnet jetzt die beste Lösung und liefert schon kurze Zeit später das Ergebnis.

BatchBlitz is a batch image processor/editor. It allows you to add watermarks with a variety of alpha blending techniques, filter source files, rename and convert images, resize/rotate canvas, apply automatic color corrections, and more. The instant preview gives you an idea of the actual effects. It supports regular expressions for both filtering files that will be processed and for renaming files, and includes a wizard to categorize files based on EXIF or IPTC tags. A separate portable photo editor is included in the application folder, SunlitGreen Photo Editor, which you can launch from within BatchBlitz to edit an image.

Note that the current version includes a significant bug: when editing an "add text" action, you must choose the font before typing your text, or the program will crash when you choose "OK" or "Cancel".
