Balabolka is a feature-rich program to read text aloud from a variety of file types including DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML. The program uses Microsoft's own Speech API 4 and 5, but lets you fine tune various voice parameters, including rate and pitch, and a substitution list can also be applied to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. The program supports customized font and background color, skins, control reading from the system tray or by the global hotkeys.

Balabolka can also save the synchronized text to external LRC files or in MP3 tags inside the audio files. When the audio file is played with players on a computer or on modern digital audio players, the text will be displayed synchronously (in the same way as lyrics for songs).

Also includes batch conversion tools from of a wide variety of document formats to audio or plain text and a file compare tool, file splitter, and screen magnification window.

JPEGView is a viewer/editor for JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF images. It is designed to view images from digital cameras full screen and with highest quality possible. grepWin durchstöbert Dateien und Ordner nach komplexen Begriffen und regulären Ausdrücken. Die Freeware ersetzt auf Wunsch automatisch alle Suchtreffer auf einen Schlag.

Die Suchergebnisse werden in Listenform angezeigt. Ein Doppelklick auf die gewünschte Datei öffnet diese. Die Suche lässt sich mit grepWin mit diversen Parametern auf bestimmte Dateien eingrenzen. Häufig gesuchte Ausdrücke kann der Anwender als so genanntes Bookmark abspeichern. So lassen sich wiederkehrende Suchen mit ein paar Klicks erneut ausführen.

grepWin integriert sich auf Wunsch in das Kontextmenü des Windows Explorers, was das Durchsuchen von Dateien und Ordnern noch schneller und komfortabler macht. Die aktuelle Version der Freeware bietet diverse neue Funktionen beim Suchen und Ersetzen. Die Freeware beachtet die Groß- und Kleinschreibung und sucht auf Wunsch nur nach bestimmten Dateigrößen.

Hat Enigma Virtual Box die App erst einmal "eingetütet", lässt sie sich wie eine portable Software beispielsweise per USB-Stick auf jedem Rechner ohne Installation starten.

Enigma Virtual Box macht Windows-Anwendungen in wahrsten Sinne des Wortes mobil.
