Balabolka is a feature-rich program to read text aloud from a variety of file types including DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML. The program uses Microsoft's own Speech API 4 and 5, but lets you fine tune various voice parameters, including rate and pitch, and a substitution list can also be applied to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. The program supports customized font and background color, skins, control reading from the system tray or by the global hotkeys.

Balabolka can also save the synchronized text to external LRC files or in MP3 tags inside the audio files. When the audio file is played with players on a computer or on modern digital audio players, the text will be displayed synchronously (in the same way as lyrics for songs).

Also includes batch conversion tools from of a wide variety of document formats to audio or plain text and a file compare tool, file splitter, and screen magnification window.

Hello again!

Like the sidebar in Opera Browser, but want slightly more room online? We’ve got something for you.

In this update of Opera 93 stable, you can now autohide the sidebar to enjoy a slightly wider view of the web. To do this, select the Easy Setup panel (top-right, under the close button). There you’ll see three sidebar options: on, off, and autohide.

With autohide on, the sidebar will appear when you move your cursor to the left side of your browser, and will automatically hide otherwise. We hope you enjoy this new addition – let us know what you think!

We’ve also updated Opera 93 with the new Chromium version 107.0.5304.122. You can view the full changelog for all the changes.

Known issues: No macOS builds today, we will update those tomorrow!

Ventoy is an Open Source tool to create a bootable USB drive for ISO files.

With Ventoy, you will not need to format the disk over and over again; you just need to copy the ISO file to the USB drive and boot it.

You will also be able to copy many ISO files at a time, and Ventoy will provide you with a boot menu from which to select them. Both Legacy BIOS and UEFI are supported in the same way. 160+ ISO files have been tested and compiled in an easily accessible list). A "Ventoy Compatible" concept is introduced by Ventoy, which can help to support any ISO file.
