SyMenu allows you to manage portable applications resident on a removable drive. SyMenu can be installed in pen drives, external USB disks, memory cards and even CDs and DVDs.

Moreover SyMenu can automatically link any application residing on host pc. Any linked item (SyItem) can be organized in a hierarchical structure with colorful folders and found with the internal search tool.

You can customize SyMenu, adding links to portable programs, documents, Windows commands, folders and urls. Linked items can reside on the same USB device or even on host since SyMenu supports absolute path (such as C:\Windows\Explorer.exe).

WinToFlash starts a wizard that will help pull over the contents of a windows installation CD or DVD and prep the USB drive to become a bootable replacement for the optical drive. It can alsow do this with your LiveCD. You don't have to worry about scratches on the disc or misplacing your original media discs once you transfer their contents to the flash drive. The optical drive is quickly becoming a thing of the past, especially in office environments, as media is shifted to the cloud.

Today, we have issued an update to a beta version of Opera browser. The new version number is 31.0.1889.50. Chromium has been updated to version 44.0.2403.52 and includes a couple of bug fixes. For the list of all changes, see our changelog below.
If you get an error when updating Linux, download and install the .deb package manually and it should work correctly next time.

Audio-CD-Ripper, der mit umfangreichen Methoden prüft, ob Audiodaten korrekt gelesen wurden; enthält zudem einen WAV-Editor, der nicht nur Audio-Dateien beschneiden kann, sondern unter anderem auch Hintergrundrauschen aus eigenen Aufnahmen entfernen kann.

Exact Audio Copy ist ein Spezialist für bitgenaue Kopien von Audio-CDs. Das Programm wertet entweder die C2-Fehlererkennung der Laufwerke aus oder liest jeden Frame mehrmals ein. Am Ende des Kopiervorgangs teilt EAC mit, wie exakt die Daten eingelesen wurden. Auf Wunsch wandelt EAC die Musik in Ogg-Vorbis- oder MP3-Dateien (zusätzlicher LAME-MP3-Encoder nötig). Für verlustfreie Kodierung arbeitet es wahlweise mit Monkey’s Audio oder FLAC (über Flacattack) zusammen.

Here comes a version which fixes quite some recent problems and adds a new plugin for AcoustID in the package (but is not installed by default). Hopefully it works for you!
