Opera Developer has been updated to version 103, which includes a whole slew of improvements. Here are the main highlights in this release:

    We’ve updated to Chromium version 117.0.5938.0, bringing you the latest in web browsing technology and security enhancements.
    We’ve added the option to set custom images for folders, allowing you to personalize your browser’s look and feel.
    User Interface Enhancements:
        Services have been moved into a dedicated service layer, improving the browser’s overall performance and stability.
        We’ve enabled the feature flag #platform-h264-decoder-in-gpu by default on all channels, enhancing video playback capabilities.
        We’ve added a context menu for copying and pasting URLs from the Speed Dial dialog page, streamlining your browsing workflow.
    Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements:
        Dragging tabs no longer causes scrollbars to appear unnecessarily.
        We’ve addressed the issue of the loupe icon in the search box being too small.

PDF-XChange Editor is a feature-rich PDF viewer and editor with a tabbed interface. The program includes edition of text-based PDFs, OCR of image based/scanned PDF's to fully text-searchable PDFs, full document spellchecking, rotate/crop documents, add comments/annotations to any PDF file, QR codes, and more. You can apply custom stamps from any image/PDF file/Windows clipboard, mark-up pages with text and objects, and add/edit hyperlinks.

The program supports export to text or image (BMP/JPEG/TIFF/PNG etc.).

Note: The free PDF-XChange Editor lacks some features present in the registered version (payware). Some "Pro" features noted with with a shopping cart icon can be used, but add a watermark upon saving.

    Fixed an issue with copying text from content when it has 't'(0x0A) symbols. Now PDF-XChange Editor replaces them all with whitespaces. (T# 6602).
    Fixed an issue with login requests being prompted every time a file is opened from Dropbox.
    Fixed an issue that prevented adding multiple Dropbox accounts.
    Increased the maximum page size limit from 200 to 300 inches. (38830)
