LabChirp gives you the ability to create unique sound effects and then save them to .WAV file format.

This comprehensive sound creator is capable of producing a wide variety of sound effects that can be used for anything from games to system sound replacements. You have a nice selection of features to play around and test, but it also includes a few presets along with a randomizing option to ease you into producing your own.

LabChirp allows you to manipulate frequencies, envelopes, waveforms, envelopes as well other technical audio parameters, so you build up unique sound effects. LabChirp is set up so that you can begin producing sounds almost immediately with fun results.
