Dopamine is a music player which was born as a new project, out of what was learned during the musiX development. Dopamine replaces musiX. Release Notes

This bugfix release improves the speed when saving with a lot of unchanged files in the directory. It fixes wrong parsing of the xid atom when using the Mp4v2Metadata plugin, scrolling to the opened file when using a custom sort order in the file list and avoids changing the file name extension when setting file names from the tags.

Tuniac ist ein schneller und übersichtlicher Audioplayer und -verwalter, der auf Zusatzfunktionen und allen überflüssigen Schnickschnack verzichtet. Die Freeware beschränkt sich auf das Abspielen von Musik und Playlisten.

Die Bedienung von Tuniac ist recht simpel. Der Musikfreund importiert schnell und einfach ganze Ordner seiner Musiksammlung und legt neue Playlisten an. Der Anwender hat dabei die Wahl, ob die Playlisten-Songs nach dem Zufallsmodus oder hintereinander abgespielt werden sollen.

Zur Steuerung von Tuniac genügen drei Buttons (Start, Stop und nächster/vorheriger Song) sowie ein Lautstärkeregler. Falls in den MP3-Dateien Plattencover abgelegt sind, zeigt Tuniac diese in der linken unteren Ecke. Der Audioplayer kommt mit den Formaten FLAC, MP3, AAC/M4A/MP4/3GP, OPUS, OGG, AC3, ALAC, APE, CDDA, MIDI, MPC, OFS/OFR, TAK, TTA und WV zurecht und enthält eine Unterstützung für Radio-Streams.

Die integrierte Suchfunktion durchstöbert auch große Musiksammlungen bemerkenswert flott. Tuniac ist ganz auf Nutzwert getrimmt und eignet sich bestens zum Sortieren und Abspielen der eigenen Musiksammlung.
