M3U Dropper creates, imports, and organizes playlist files that take selections from an audio/video collection and put them in an order of your choice. This is useful for example in creating a mix of songs or videos with a specific mood or purpose. As the name suggests, the program creates M3U files which are used in most software players (Winamp, Foobar, etc.) and some hardware players, but can also output M3U8, PLS, and WPL files.

Although other programs can generate these files, M3U Dropper can use a more portable method of relative pathways.

A 64-bit version is also available for download from the website.

It automatically detects and uses audio acceleration hardware when available, but also supports systems without acceleration hardware. You might need to read the help section on installing more sophisticated formats (ape, flac, ogg) to enable playback for those files. The help section provides you with links to free directshow filters and will give you information on how to best install the different pack. Also added the option to use BASS Audio audio drivers, they can be installed from inside Soundbase.

Die Freeware "Zortam Mp3 Media Studio" lässt keinen Wunsch offen, zumindest wenn es um Ihre MP3-Sammlung geht. ID3-Tags bearbeiten, CD-Cover im Internet finden, MP3s in WAV umwandeln und Audio-CDs erstellen.

Das Tool sucht nach Informationen und Covern auf Amazon. Die Bilder sind unter anderem auch zu iTunes kompatibel und können so auch für den Apple iPod verwendet werden.
