Waterfox is a 64-Bit version of Firefox. The Firefox source code is taken and compiled to run specifically for 64-Bit Windows computers. To make Waterfox stand out a bit more, it's compiled with optimizations so that it will run more efficiently and faster than just compiling Firefox as a 64-Bit program.

Verbesserungen

    Cliqz wurde auf Firefox 71.0 und Firefox 72.0.1 aktualisiert und profitiert somit von diversen Verbesserungen und Korrekturen.
    Das integrierte Sicherheits-Add-on HTTPS Everywhere wurde auf die jüngste Version 2019.11.7 aktualisiert.

Korrekturen

    Bei einigen Nutzern funktionierte YouTube nicht mehr bis sie ihre Cookies und ihren Cache gelöscht haben. Dieses Problem wurde behoben.
    Manchmal wurde das Onboarding immer wieder angezeigt. Jetzt erscheint es nur beim ersten Start des Browsers.
    Empfohlene Erweiterungen wie Ghostery oder LastPass konnten nicht mehr installiert werden. Diese Add-ons lassen sich jetzt wieder installieren.
    Cliqz Tab tauchte versehentlich als Eintrag in der Chronik auf. Das sollte künftig nicht mehr vorkommen.
    Bei einem Rechtsklick auf das Cliqz-Icon in der Windows-Taskleiste und anschließender Auswahl von „Neuen Tab öffnen“ in der Sprungliste, konnte es vorkommen, dass statt Cliqz Tab nur eine leere Seite geöffnet wurde. Diesen Fehler haben wir behoben.
