OK, so this update isn't considered a really big one, like the v4.8-stable one, although it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to install this one as it addresses most of the common issues you had suffered from that might impact your experience.

    Fixed the issue where the Console Processor Host (aka cmd ) redirects the CWD ( current working directory ) to Temp_Cleaner GUI's installation path when it can't find the appropriate path during the execution process.

This issue had affected many users, including myself, that's why I had an eye on it during the past three months.
