Daphne is a small (system tray) application for killing, controlling and debugging Windows' processes. It was born to kill a windows process and became almost a task manager replacement. Daphne requires admin rights to run.

Features

You can kill a process by dragging the mouse over the windows, by right-clicking the process in the main process list, or by typing its name with the "Kill all by name" command. You can set a any window to be always on top, to be transparent, to be enable, et cetera. Although Daphne was born just to kill windows process. You can think of Daphne as a task manager replacement. The main window displays a list of currently running process with detailed information about: CPU usage, Process ID, Process name, Full path (and arguments), Priority, Class (Process / Service), Current memory usage, Peek memory usage, Current swap usage, Peek swap usage and Number of threads.

Core Temp lets you monitor CPU temperature on Intel Core/Core 2 and AMD Athlon64 series of CPUs. Using the device's own sensor (Digital Thermal Sensor technology), the program provides a more accurate temperature reading than the standard diode sensors. Temperature information will appear for each processor core. Core Temp also has a logging feature, which allows a user to easily record the temperature of his processor(s) over any period of time.

A 64-bit version is available.

Multiple bug fixes from the last version have been fixed. New feature: Since I had to get this bug fixed quickly I decided to take the time to add a new feature I came up with. In the steps before the repairs, Step 2 asks the user to do a check disk (chkdsk) on the system to make sure there is no file system errors before doing any repairs. I hated the fact that I forced the user to reboot to scan it when there may not be any errors on the file system. So I have added a new option to this step where the program will check the drive for errors and let you know if any are found. It is done by making a pipe to a cmd.exe window and running chkdsk in read only mode. Once chkdsk is done it looks for the key words "Windows found problems" and can let the user know if running chkdsk is even needed. Thus saving the user a reboot if there are no errors. I also have it log the chkdsk results to a chkdsk.log file in the logs folder in case a user wants to see the results of the chkdsk. :-)

CloneSpy can help you free up hard drive space by detecting and removing duplicate files with exactly the same contents regardless of their name, date, time, or location.
