Mit der Version 6.6.0.4 von Anti-Malware haben die Entwickler aus dem Hause Emsisoft unter anderem einen optionalen Passwortschutz auf den Weg gebracht, der verhindern soll, dass ungewollte Änderungen an den Einstellungen vorgenommen werden.

Abgesehen davon wurden diverse Fehler in dieser Sicherheitslösung, welche unter anderem das Outlook 2003-Plugin betreffen, aus der Welt geschafft. Einige kleinere Verbesserungen im Hinblick auf die Erkennung von möglichen Bedrohungen wurden laut dem Changelog ebenfalls vorgenommen.
