A new version of Giada has been released yesterday, named after the dangerous creature that attacks and drinks the blood of livestock, including goats. What's new in this version:

    VST3 support — yes, VST3 has finally landed, along with a better persistence mechanism for plug-ins state. On Mac, Linux and Windows of course;

    CMake build system — we finally switched to a modern build system for compiling Giada from source. The previous Autotools machinery is now deprecated and will be removed soon. Don't use it!

    several UI beautifications and improvements such as the ability to resize the Plug-in List Window and a parameters cleanup in the Sample Editor;

    many bugs fixed and source code optimizations.

A warm kiss goes out to all the supporters who helped us with the release. As always, the full changelog is available in the download area. Have fun with Giada 0.17.0 and remember to keep your animals safe from the chupacabra!
