We're happy to post a release candidate for MediaMonkey 4.1.18. This new build includes a couple of album art related fixes (one being related to synch of Album Art).
For synchronization, it should be used with MediaMonkey for Android 1.3.1.730+ (currently only available if you subscribe to the beta on the Google Play store).

Now Playing:
On restart current track has no Artwork associated
