- Support using your existing password and just create a QR code for you.
  This will skip the part asking whether you want to save the credentials
  to a file.  I'm assuming that if you already know your password, the whole
  reason for running this is to generate the QR code.  Entered passwords
  that exceed 63 characters will be truncated.
- Added a few time delays to keep text from scrolling too fast.
- Added KeyboardInterrupt exceptions to various input fields for a more graceful
  exit process and cleaner output when CTRL+C is pressed.
