EMDB is a small utility to keep track of your DVD collection. With an automatic import from the database of IMDB, export to csv, text or complete website, thumbnail cover preview, a loan tracker, search function and multi-language user interface. EMDB is written in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and doesn't need a .NET framework or any other external libraries.

NeatMP3 vereinheitlicht die Tag-Zusatzinformationen in digitalen Musiksammlungen. Musikfreunde bearbeiten mit der Freeware recht unkompliziert die so genannten ID3-Tags in MP3-Dateien sowie weiteren Audioformaten wie OGG, FLAC, WAV, MPC, AIFF, ASF und MP4.

NeatMP3 ergänzt fehlende ID3-Tags und sorgt dafür, dass alle Dateinamen nach dem gleichen Schema angepasst werden. Die hierfür nötigen Infos holt sich die Freeware aus den Tags.

Die Bedienung von NeatMP3 ist einfach. Zunächst fügt der Anwender einzelne Songs oder gleich alle Musikordner über den Add-Button zur Liste hinzu. Den "Output Folder", also den Ordner in dem die geänderten Dateien landen sollen, kann man nach Belieben festlegen. Mit einem Klick auf Start sorgt NeatMP3 dafür, dass die Songs wie gewünscht neu benannt werden.

So werden mit NeatMP3 beispielsweise alle Titel entsprechend der Vorgabe "Interpret - Titel - Albumtitel - Jahr.mp3" umbenannt, was der eigenen Musiksammlung sogleich die passende Struktur gibt. Fehlende ID3-Tags kann der Anwender vorher manuell editieren. Durch den Zugriff auf Online-Datenbanken lädt NeatMP3 viele Informationen auch automatisch.

Wer sich über uneinheitlich benannte MP3-Dateien ärgert und seine überquellende Musiksammlung aufräumen möchte, sollte zu NeatMP3 greifen. Dank des integrierten Audioplayers kann der Musikfreund die Songs vor dem Umbenennen auch kurz anspielen.

VLC Upgrade:
Upgraded internal player to use VLC 2.0.0. I did most of the testing with IE9 and the VLC activeX plug-in. Firefox and Chrome will also work but I found that the mozilla plug-in is not as robust and will crash often.
Internal VLC Player
The internal VLC player has been totally rewritten for use with VLC 2.x and supports a new simplified look. It provides easier selection and persisting of audio tracks, subtitle tracks, crop values, and aspect ratios for movies and tv episodes.
Once in the player page, you may resize the browser window to reduce or enlarge the video.
Remote Controller:
The remote controller also incorporates the new simplified player look.
Performance:
Combined separate javascript and CSS files to decrease page load time.
Update File Locations Utility
Fix issue with updating paths of multi-part movies. A bug existed that only updated and kept the last file.
Custom Lists:
Enable filtering of movie URL attributes (e.g. "Rotten Tomatoes URL", "TVDb URL", etc...)
New random sort options. Instead of having the same movies appear in the same position all the time you now have the option to change the sort order each time the page is refreshed.
Scrappers:
COMMON SENSE - Enhance Common sense scrapper to work with new site changes.
IMDB - Fix episode import that broke when site was enhanced.
Other:
Rework internal messaging code to prevents asynchronous commands from blocking especially in IE9. The remote controller and maintenance utilities were areas mainly affected by this change.
Many minor bug fixes were also completed in this release.

The Music Collection is a free program that allows you to archive your music collection. Using it you can enter in a collection any kind of music media that you own or you intend to. Also you can add or edit any kind of information concerning the albums in the collection.

The album info can be manually entered or automatically via the Internet. After saving the albums, you can browse them, filter albums by all possible criteria and search for particular album tracks you are interested. Also the program can display and print all data from your music collection in different ways, so you can pick the desired one.

The idea for creating the program was to manage my own music collection and i hope that it would be also useful to any music collector.
