Sieht nicht schlecht aus. Muss ich mir mal wieder reinziehen! Ich hoffe das Handling ist auch etwas besser geworden, war bis dato nicht unbedingt userfriendly!

- finally, winclip the player is able to play a file ;o). i integred the great Haali media splitter for do this and remove all my previous work around this. So if this filter is not installed, impossible to play a file.
- fix skin all-in-one if installed on other drive that c:
- fix crash on channel number change
- channel list : if more than 5 sats -> creation of sat list in alphabetic order
- Add sat function. if sats have same name. the sat name will be "name (x)" (only usefull in few cases)
- drop file enable (player/video/winclip icon)
- fix scroll position in channel list + add up and down buttons.
- Add mini search function in all channel list skins

play file properties are in menu audio/video, and page "mode play file" :

So a new option is available in the schelduler

Click on and if the channel have more than one audio pid, this window will appears :



and you can select in this window, the additional audio track.

If you want this windows appears when we click on manuel record, select this option in setting menu.
Record other audio tracks in a separate file make sens only for radio, i think. For Video, record the other audio tracks in the main file.
When record is in a separate file, PAT and PMT information will be added in this separate file (why not..) Don't know if it's really use...

  You can find a sample - provide by him - of ini file definition for the cable in \WinClip\transponders\4000.ini
  Tested with a technotrend dvb-c 1500

• Signal quality - strenght / CPU -> click on = change to quality or CPU or strenght signal
• Egp info -> move mouse on the channel list and will see the current program epg (title)

More details :

For play with it , select in the channel list menu, the "favori/sat shortcut def"



- Possibility to select the directory plugin
if you use differents configurations plugins, you can select the running directory. For this, press SHIFT and keep it pressed and start WinClip.



- installation of WinClip is now possible anywhere
if you want to update WinClip, you need to select the previous directory. Or you can copy the files channelList.bin and config.ini in the new directory.
I saw one case of trouble when copy old channel list in this new version. But can't reproduce it for fix it. So in this case, you will need to create a new configuration (and new scan). Sorry about that.

In all mails received since 2 years now, the PiP windows request come back all the time. So...

- PiP(s) version
- function filter on channel list
- possibility to select the port number for streaming (in case of winclip server)

- fix little display bug with status bar
- fix video resize when hide player with skin "media"
- fix analyse pid 18 (epg) on astra
- fix crash in a special case when ask EPG pannel.




How it works :

first of all, before play with it, go to the setting menu->audio/video->PiP direct show page and select codec and VMR.
And - off course - only channels on a same transponder can be "piped".

You can add a PiP by
- Click on the PiP button. In this case a PiP will be created and the channel will be the first channel found on the transpondeur
- Click under the PiP button for get the popup menu and select your channel
- Click right on the channel list on a channel from the same transponder and you will find a "Add to new PiP"

If you click Right on the PiP windows, you will get this popup menu for change the channel, start record,...:



i you diseable the "attached to the video Wnd" option, you can place the wnd where you want




If you want to add some pluggins to the PiP process, same punition like other dvb application, copy plugins in each directory :
[plugins directory]\Pips\Pi1\...Pip2\..  5 pips directories are created with the installation, but you can add more, there is no limitation (except your CPU)

- For increase, decrease the windows size , click right mouse + wheel
- Double click on a PiP wnd, will put it in the main video windows.

And don't forget that all this work under directShow, so easy to crash, deadlock.... 4 beta-tester test this 3.0.0. 3 have no problem, and 1 get the application frozen sometime when he double click on a PiP Wnd for put in the main screen :-( i'm still looking why.
You can PiP too some H.264 channel, but try only this if you have a nice CPU and a good video card...
You can PiP too several time the same channel. Totaly useless, except that before created a new PiP, you can change the Video codec and VMR (in menu setting), and make some comparison like this.
