Duplicate Files Search & Link (Duplicate Searcher) is an application for searching duplicate files (clones) and NTFS hard links as well symbolic links to the same file. It searches duplicate file contents regardless of file name (byte-by-byte comparison is used). This application allows not only to delete duplicate files or to move them to another location, but to replace duplicates with NTFS hard links or symbolic links as well (unique!).

This application was developed because I haven’t find any similar application which allows to operate NTFS-links.

    A work-around has been implemented in the launcher to fix the problem with .NET 7.0 high memory allocation on 64-bit Windows 7.
    It sets environment variables to values that disable new technologies that cause problems on 64-bit Windows 7. Duplicate Searcher should now work without problems if it runs on 64-bit Windows 7 with .NET 7.0 installed.
    Unfortunately, Microsoft refused to support and fix .NET 7.0 bugs in Windows 7, so make your decision to use .NET 7.0 with 64-bit Windows 7, given the missing support, missing bugfixes, and the given problem I described.
    - Added additional checks into the launcher if needed components are installed in Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1.

Fido is a script for PowerShell designed to help you automatically access the official Microsoft Windows retail ISO files. Even though it was initially designed to work with Rufus, the application can also be used as standalone. The advantage of the script stems from the fact that you no longer need to jump from page to page in order to get to the download links, an issue that has irritated many especially with Windows 8 and 10.

Plus42 is a programmable calculator based on Free42.

Like Free42, Plus42 has two calculator types, binary/decimal; it also has multiple skins from which to choose. Plus42 builds on Free42 with the addition of a larger display, including 8 rows and 22 columns (131x64 pixels) by default.
