NewFileTime ist ein kleines portables Windows Programm, aber ein effektives Werkzeug, wenn es um Korrekturen und Manipulationen an den Dateizeiten oder Ordnerzeiten geht.

Es kann eingesetzt werden um Zeitkorrekturen vorzunehmen, z.B.: bei falsch eingestellter Zeit auf der Digitalkamera, dem Computer, oder aus anderen wichtigen Gründen, oder einfach nur, um Spuren zu verwischen!

QuickLook is an app that runs in the background and brings the MacOS "quick look" feature to Windows anytime you press the space bar.

Anywhere you can access a file or folder, just press the spacebar, and the window will pop up giving you some basic information depending on the type of file. For example, Quick Look will provide you with the file or folder name, last modified and size. Other options will again be available depending on the file or folder you open. A good example is that an image file will have the "Open with Photos" option. Press the spacebar or the X in the top right to close the window.

This release sees the completion of the download manager hinted at in the previous version. The decoupling of the base application from the data is now complete. You will notice that the download packages are now much smaller than they used to be, as they contain only the compiled sources and the libraries.

The first time you start version 2.1.0 you will be welcomed by the download manager window. Use it to get the data packages you want to load. The base-data package is required and you must download it before being able to run the program.

If Gaia Sky crashes at startup, remove your ~/.gaiasky folder and try again.

ProcessKO ist für Profis und Anwender, die sich sehr gut am PC auskennen! ProcessKO ist ein kleines hilfreiches Tool zum schnellen Killen der laufenden, bzw hängenden Prozessen bzw. Programmen. Es ist nicht gerade selten bei Entwicklern oder Programmtestern, dass sich die Programme aufhängen und sich über den Taskmanager nicht schließen lassen.
Teilweise sind es immer wieder die selben Kandidaten, aus diesem Grund verfügt ProcessKO über eine hilfreiche Funktion: das Anlegen von Favoriten-KO's!

Gerade als Entwickler oder Betatester kennt man das Problem: Bis man den Taskmanager aufgerufen und den Prozess ausfindig gemacht hat und den Befehl "Prozess beenden" aktiviert hat, vergeht Zeit.

Mit ProcessKO geht es viel schneller und das Programm kann auch von hieraus sofort neu starten. Man kann sich hier sowohl einige Handgriffe als auch Zeit sparen! ProcessKO muss nicht installiert werden, kann bequem vom Desktop aus ohne Installation gestartet werden und ist somit auch portabel vom USB-Stick einsetzbar.
