QTranslate is a front-end for various translation websites including Google, Microsoft, Babylon and Babelfish. Open the main window to enter or paste text (up to 100 characters), or simply select text and press a hotkey for a popup translation window. The program also has the ability to speak text and do a web search.

Although the hotkeys can be modified, by default:

    Show the translation window: CTRL+Q (press CTRL twice for the main window)
    Speak text: Ctrl+E
    Perform a web search: Ctrl+W

Major additions and changes in Rainmeter 4.2

UsageMonitor Plugin

Added a new UsageMonitor plugin to interact with the Windows Performance Monitor, which monitor various kinds of system metrics in different categories, and tracks their usage. This plugin will deprecate the existing AdvancedCPU and PerfMon plugins, and should be used in place of them going forward. Documentation for this new plugin is at UsageMonitor Plugin.

Bangs

Added several new bangs to allow "disabling" and "enabling" mouse actions on meters or the skin background. Documentation at Mouse Action state bangs.

@Vault Folder

Added support for an @Vault folder. This is an automatic and handy place to store 32bit and 64bit versions of plugin .dll files you distribute with skins, as well as other resources. See @Vault Folder for details.

SysInfo Plugin

Added a new USER_LOGONTIME SysInfoType value to the SysInfo plugin. This is a timestamp number (number of seconds since January 1, 1601) reflecting the date and time the current user account logged onto Windows. Use with a Time measure to get a formatted string of the date/time, or subtract from the current time and use with an Uptime measure to get a formatted string of the elapsed time.

Rainmeter.ini

Changed the file encoding of Rainmeter.ini from ANSI to UTF-16 LE (Unicode). Existing installations will be converted if needed when Rainmeter is started or Layouts are loaded. Details and an important note about backwards compatibility are at Change Announcements

Added the full path to the currently running skin .ini file to the hidden window "title" of the config window. This is in support of plugins that may be written to use SendMessage() to detect if a particular config is running, and if so, to use the window title to retrieve the "variant" name of the running skin. An example of this kind of plugin can be found at ConfigActive.

About Dialog

Changed the About / Version dialog to add the version number for Windows 10 (e.g. 1709, 1803) and the language and language code number currently being used in both Rainmeter and Windows. (e.g. English (1033)) Changed the references to the various paths and the Rainmeter.ini file to be clickable links.
Other enhancements and fixes in Rainmeter 4.2

Balabolka is a feature-rich program to read text aloud from a variety of file types including DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML. The program uses Microsoft's own Speech API 4 and 5, but lets you fine tune various voice parameters, including rate and pitch, and a substitution list can also be applied to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. The program supports customized font and background color, skins, control reading from the system tray or by the global hotkeys.

Balabolka can also save the synchronized text to external LRC files or in MP3 tags inside the audio files. When the audio file is played with players on a computer or on modern digital audio players, the text will be displayed synchronously (in the same way as lyrics for songs).

Also includes batch conversion tools from of a wide variety of document formats to audio or plain text and a file compare tool, file splitter, and screen magnification window.

Der in FontViewOK eingebaute Schriftenbetrachter zeigt nach dem Programmstart eine Liste aller vorhandener Fonts mitsamt einer Schriftprobe an. Auto Recycle Bin permits you to automate the process of cleaning up of your recycle bin.

The manual process for emptying your recycle bin is not complicated at any stretch, but it can be overlooked resulting in quite a full bin after a while. Auto Recycle Bin is designed to ensure that you never need to think about or remember to do it ever again. It uses specific rules for operation; time specified deletion, size of files, and overall size of the bin itself against your machine's free disk space.

Auto Recycle Bin has three launch options to choose from; manually which only deletes when the app is launched, at Windows startup, and always on which periodically processes items. The third option uses the least amount PC resources. If you are constantly working on your machine, then this will be a helpful addition to keep your recycle bin managed without needing to give it a second thought. And anything that can help streamline the work day is always welcomed!

As was promised before - the screen to manage items in the Recycle Bin got several improvements. First of all, you can now sort deleted items in the list by size, name or deletion date. This is very convenient if you want to quickly choose large items, or the most oldest.
Next improvement of that screen is that you can individual select items in the Recycle Bin and delete them.
We have removed third option in the settings related to program startup. The program wont run always on the background anymore. You have now only two options: manually start the program or automatically run it on Windows OS startup. Really, we dont see any need to always run this app in the background and waste resources of your computer.
Fixed critical bug with creation of startup shortcut.
Fixed critical bug with overflow, some users have too much items in the Recycle Bin.
We also improved interface of the program: added button to view items in the Recycle Bin, instead of small link.
English texts were corrected.
Program translated to italian, russian, french and greek (partially).
