Balabolka is a feature-rich program to read text aloud from a variety of file types including DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML. The program uses Microsoft's own Speech API 4 and 5, but lets you fine tune various voice parameters, including rate and pitch, and a substitution list can also be applied to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. The program supports customized font and background color, skins, control reading from the system tray or by the global hotkeys.

Balabolka can also save the synchronized text to external LRC files or in MP3 tags inside the audio files. When the audio file is played with players on a computer or on modern digital audio players, the text will be displayed synchronously (in the same way as lyrics for songs).

Also includes batch conversion tools from of a wide variety of document formats to audio or plain text and a file compare tool, file splitter, and screen magnification window.

Starting from Windows Vista, you are allowed to change the sound volume of every application separately, and after you exit from the application, the last settings are saved in the Registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\LowRegistry\Audio\PolicyConfig\PropertyStore so in the next time you run the application, your last settings are used.
This tool displays your current audio settings of every application on your system, and allows you to easily change the setting of multiple applications at once. You can change the mute/unmute status, the sound volume level, and the right/left audio balance of the application.

Request of test and result report [2018/04/01]
In 0b153, the unidentified test function of CPU real-time clock of Intel i7 series 5xxx 6xxx 7xxx under development in thilmera7s version I am adding it.
Intel i7 series 4xxx has real machine and it works without problems from before but here is no real machine for 5xxx 6xxx 7xxx so the bulletin board
Even though we are recruiting tests, testers are not appearing.
If you have a CPU with Intel i7 series 5xxx 6xxx 7xxx, in magnification (molecule / enominator) when thumbmera 7s version, (CPU clock) is turned on,
Does it come out? Also, it is helpful to see if it is roughly correct, if you can inform us of the results on a bulletin board etc.
The AMD Ryzen people are having a difficult time planning to develop and purchasing actual equipment in the future.
This function is currently under development testing at the S version, but there is a ossibility that it will be introduced to the regular version in the future.
Additional note: We got the test result of 6xxx series of ExModel 5E of CPU and modified it at Rev.1.
