DSpeech is a text-to-speech program with the option of saving the output to a variety of formats, great for creating audio books from text sources. It also supports dynamically changing the features of the voices eg. insert pauses, emphasize specific words, spell them out etc. using tags.

The program can import text from TXT, DOC, DOCX, RTF, HTML, XML, and PDF and output to MP3, OGG, AAC, WMA.

DSpeech works out-of-the-box on WinXP and above because the Microsoft speech engine SAPI5 is included by default. For WinNT/2K, you will need to install the speech engine separately. You will find links to plugins, speech engines and voice sets on the program website.

MiniCap is a minimal screenshot capture app intended to be invoked from the commandline or bundled with and called from other tools.

MiniCap has good commandline support, including the ability to launch (and then terminate) apps, capture windows by handle, processid, process name, or interactively.

MiniCap has a convenient interactive capture mode (based on Screenshot Captor's Redbox Capture mode) which may be useful if you don't want to have something like Screenshot Captor running in the background. But where MiniCap really shines is it's use as a non-interactive commandline tool.

It reads and displays executable file properties and structure. It is compatible with PE32 (Portable Executable), PE32+ (64bit), NE (Windows 3.x New Executable) and VxD (Windows 9x Virtual Device Driver) file types. .NET executables are supported too.

It enumerates introduced classes, used units and forms for files compiled by Borland compilers. It contains powerfull Resource Viewer that is able to abalyze and display al basic resouce types and some extra ones as JPEG, PNG, GIF, AVI, REGISTRY. It contains excellent Type Library viewer that enumerates all objects and creates import interface unit in Object Pascal language. Every type of resource can be saved to file. A context sensitive text-expander with abbreviations, shortcuts, plugins, scripts and search. It allows you to store and (incrementally) search and edit texts in bundles and paste a selected text in your active program.
