SoftKey Revealer liefert Aufschluss über die in Windows hinterlegten Lizenzschlüssel installierter Apps. Die Freeware findet die Registrierungsnummern von mehr als 750 Anwendungen und erstellt auf Wunsch ein Backup der Daten.

SoftKey Revealer benötigt kaum Systemressourcen und scannt nach einem Klick auf die Scan-Schaltfäche das System nach Lizenzschlüsseln beziehungsweise Seriennummern ab. Alle gefundenen Lizenzinformationen speichert der Gratishelfer bei Bedarf in einer Textdatei als Backup ab.

Selbst verschlüsselte Adobe Produktschlüssel macht SoftKey Revealer ausfindig und zeigt den Lizenzschlüssel im Klartext an. Für Nutzer von Windows XP und Windows 2003 hat die Freeware einen zusätzlichen As im Ärmel. Mit dem Tool kann man den bestehenden Windows Key gegen neue Daten austauschen.

Mit dem kostenlosen SoftKey Revealer findet man verloren gegangene Lizenzschlüssel von Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office & Co. unter Windows wieder. Vor allem beim Systemwechsel und der Neuinstallation von Software spielt die Freeware ihre Stärken aus.
