ReNamer Lite is a small and flexible file renaming tool that offers all the standard renaming procedures, including prefixes, suffixes, replacements, case changes. It can also remove brackets, add number sequences, remove digits or symbols, change file extensions and much more. Multiple renaming actions can be combined into a rule set.

The program supports meta tags such as ID3v1, ID3v2, EXIF, OLE etc to rename files based on available metadata.

Note: The "lite" (freeware) version is limited to 5 presets and 5 rules.

Diffinity is a text comparison and merging tool focused on source code differences. It will compare the contents of two text files and display differences by line as well as individually modified characters/words. The program supports drag and drop, a thumbnail view of all differences, instance and syntax highlighting, update as-you-type (live view), customizable interface and more.

The program can display differentiation between changed, removed, and added lines, and supports Unicode and it auto-detects encoding.

Vielleicht kennen Sie es noch aus DOS, da war es so einfach, den Inhalt eines Verzeichnisses oder die Verzeichnisstruktur anzuzeigen und auszudrucken. Obwohl es ab Windows 2000 und Win XP über 30 Dateidetails zu den einzelnen Dateien gibt, wie z.B. den MP3 ID3-Tag Ver.1 und ab dem neuen Windows-7 oder Vista ja sogar weit über Einhundert Spalten.

Bei so vielen Informationen ist hier eine Druckfunktion von großem Nutzen.

GetWindowText ist ein sehr kleines und portables Programm, mit dem Sie Fenster- texte auslesen können. Mit einem Klick der linken Maustaste auf die Schaltfläche mit GetWindowText Icon und durch das Gedrückthalten der linken Maustaste (drag), kann das Auslesen gestartet werden. Danach einfach die Maus über das Fenster halten, von welchem aus der Text ausgelesen werden soll.

Ausgelesen werden fast alle Texte, wie z.B. aus Edit- , Static- , Groupbox - Controls, usw.
Unterstützt werden auch Verzeichnisbäume (SysTreeView32) und Listenansichten (SysListView32), hier wird der komplette Inhalt ausgelesen. Beim Loslassen der Maustaste wird das Auslesen beendet.
