TaskSchedulerView displays in a single table the list of all tasks from the Task Scheduler of Windows. It also allows you to easily disable/enable mutiple tasks at once.

Balabolka is a feature-rich program to read text aloud from a variety of file types including DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML. The program uses Microsoft's own Speech API 4 and 5, but lets you fine tune various voice parameters, including rate and pitch, and a substitution list can also be applied to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. The program supports customized font and background color, skins, control reading from the system tray or by the global hotkeys.

Balabolka can also save the synchronized text to external LRC files or in MP3 tags inside the audio files. When the audio file is played with players on a computer or on modern digital audio players, the text will be displayed synchronously (in the same way as lyrics for songs).

Also includes batch conversion tools from of a wide variety of document formats to audio or plain text and a file compare tool, file splitter, and screen magnification window.

A context sensitive text-expander with abbreviations, shortcuts, plugins, scripts and search. It allows you to store and (incrementally) search and edit texts in bundles and paste a selected text in your active program. The text can be interactive, for example you can automatically insert the current time and date, ask for (basic) user input or make a selection from a list etc and finally it can also run a script. You can use keyboard shortcuts or abbreviations to paste the text (or run the script) without opening the search window. You can also use formatted text (html, markdown and rtf) and images.

Universal Encoder Decoder can encrypt and decrypt, as well as encode and decode data from 84 different formats.

The interface is simple, but obviously cluttered considering it can convert so many file types. It is split into three pages. Anything you select is simple to use, most with a two-paned interface. On the top, you enter your data, then click on "convert" or similar. One oddity is no ability to copy and paste making some conversions almost useless. You can highlight your results, but not copy it. Weird.
