• Change: VCR: MPEG with several audio tracks can be recorded.

You can activate it in options -> recording -> recording similar to the TS options.
Attention: Only the audio-streams present in the channellist are recorded. No automatic detection as in TS-Recordings.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SETTINGS! PVA and M2P formats have been removed.

• Change: Recorder Window: Since the TSD (Transponderdump), NFW (NoFileWrite) and the recording folders tags are mostly unknown and not easy to understand, I changed the presentation a little bit. You can now adjust the settings in the recorder window. The user will normally not see the extensions of the description, cause it's now assembled on saving and disassembled on loading.

The Recfolder is activated if you have more than one recording folder defined.

• Change: Data tags: The #EPG.* tags are now also available in the OSD-EPG, OSD-What's Now and OSD-Search window.
• Change: Wizard: The language can now be selected on the first page. It will be wizard language and the preferred language in the DVB Viewer.
• Add: EPG-Window: STRG-H toogles the visibility of the channel list on the EPG tab (also via the popup menu).
• Add: Recorder Window: STRG-H toggles the visibility of the channel list (also via the popup menu).

Also vmr7 und 9 als video-renderer läuft bei mir (immer noch) nicht 100%ig rund: Bei 16:9 Sendungen wird das Bild schmaler.
Ich verzichte jetzt auf die Transparenz im OSD und nehme den Overlay. Vorteil ist auch, dass die Prozessorauslastung bei mir um 5-15% geringer ist.
Auch läuft der Nvidia (Mpeg2)Video-Dekoder bei mir insgesamt mit geringerer Prozessorleistung als der von PowerDvd7 (rd. 10%) und die Bildaussetzer und freezes mit aktueller vp*ug (und optimzed.c*a) sind okay.

 Selbst beim DVB Viewer Forum, die generelle Ankündigung mit den Neuigkeiten, natürlich nur auf englisch.
Oder auf welcher Volkshochschule lernt man was zB  Fixed serveral glitsches  ist.
Hab dort mal das Problem ganz vorsichtig dort angesprochen, da konnte ich mir was anhören.
War dann fast ein Ausländerhasser.

ATTENTION! The epg.dat format changed, the old epg.dat will not be read and can not be interchanged with old versions.
If you use the DVB Service with the COM-Plugins, please stop the service and unregister the COM Plugins. Otherwise your epg.dat will be all the time rewritten and empty!

DVBViewer Plugins and tools using the Plugin interface or the COM Interface are NOT affected.

The bigger changes in detail:
* The Multicastdevice tries to determinate the packet size automatically. But you should set it to the same buffers count as in the server to avoid unnecessary delays on startup in the netdevice options.
* The Multicastdevice has now a buffercount property. One Buffer = 188 bytes. It Buffercount determinates the used UDP packet size. You should use more than one buffer but not too much, you have to play around with the value and remember to set the value in the server too!
* The Networkdevices do a simple valid check of the packets to avoid sending non TS-packets into the pipeline.
* The Networkdevices has now a buffercount property. This buffer is used internally to cache the arriving packets for checking. The buffercount does not influence the packet size, it will always be 1460 byte (limited by TCP).
