Verwendet eigentlich jemand von euch Torchat (http://code.google.com/p/torchat/) (python app; lauffähig auf Mac, Lin & win)?
Das ist laut homepage ein chat-client der das anonymisierungsnetzwerk Tor verwendet und den Traffic client-client verschlüsselt, also von der Theorie her sehr interessant, nur würd ich es gerne Testen ;) .
Falls es jemand verwendet oder ausprobieren möchte, schicke ich gern meine .onion ID per pn .

EDIT: Das kann wirklich 15 min dauern bis ich online war... Aber sonst verlief der Test sehr positiv. Scheint soweit alles wie angekündigt zu funktionieren (auch wenn das UI anfangs sehr schlicht erscheint)
und das nette: alles funzt dank portable tor out-of-the-box nach dem install auf Linux :)
Nach dem ersten start ist eine tor .onion ID mit (myself) gekennzeichnet. Das ist die eigene "Adresse" im Tor netzwerk die man an bekannte weitergeben muss.
Ausserdem hat der Client auch eine File-Transfer funktion (nur für kleinere Sachen da Datenaustausch im Tor netzwerk sehr langsam ist) die gegebenenfalls von nutzen sein kann.
Kurzum: Sicherer, anonymisierender Chatclient, ohne aufwändige Konfiguration sofort einsetzbar und kinderleicht zu bedienen.

I apologize that this isn't the exciting-new-features release we've all been waiting for. Ricochet's development is volunteer-based, and in particular I haven't been able to dedicate as much energy to it as I've wanted to. This is an incremental release while we are updating/cleaning up our build system. The first iteration of ricochet-build was simply a stripped-down fork of the Tor Project's tor-browser-build repo which is used to reproducibly cross-compile Tor Browser. Starting with ricochet-refresh 3.0.16 we are making a clean start and starting fresh without any of the unneeded legacy browser stuffs.
The new system will be much easier to maintain going forward and much easier to update dependencies, including the tor-expert-bundle package which contains the most up-to-date pluggable transports and bridges for circumventing censorship.

Disappearing Messages now has two modes, Disappear after Send and Disappear After Read #3016
When Disappear after Send is selected, messages will disappear from sender, recipient and network simultaneously a set time after they have been sent, regardless of whether the recipient has received or read the message.
When Disappear after Read is selected, messages will disappear for the sender and the sender’s swarm a set time after they have been sent, and for the recipient and the recipient’s swarm a set time after they have been read. Messages which haven’t been read after 14 days will disappear for the recipient and their swarm.
Both options will be available in 1-1 chats, but only Disappear after Send will be available in Groups. Neither will be available in Communities.
This release includes the new version of Disappearing Messages, however the feature won't be enabled until March 13th 10am AEDT , this will give users time to update their clients to be able to interpret the new type of messages
