KpTemp is an easy to use tool that removes temporary files from Windows (Temp, .tmp, Windows update, Prefetch,..), from all users of the system (Temp, Flash player, Internet Explorer, Firefox, SeaMonkey, Pale Moon, Chrome, Chromium, Brave, Java, Opera, Edge, Yandex, Spark, Baidu, Vivaldi, Waterfox,IceDragon, Java, Flash,...) and all users' trashes. It also allows (as an option) to delete old versions of Windows (Windows.old). Once finished, it restarts the computer to delete persistent files. Deletion may take several minutes if there are many files to be deleted.

Bloatbox is an Open Source tool by the developer of Spydish, Cloneapp, and others that will help you remove unwanted Windows 10 apps.

The author initially intended this as an extension for Spydish to uninstall specific apps but opted not to bloat up Spydish but instead decided to offer it as a standalone app.

Once launched, Bloatbox is displayed from a simple but highly functional UI broken into three columns. The left column lists your Windows 10 app, the middle is the command area, and finally, the left is for your selections.

AdwCleaner versucht Adware, Toolbars und eine veränderte Homepage im Browser zu entfernen. Dazu wird zuerst ein Suchlauf gestartet und im Anschluss erhält man eine TXT-Datei mit den Ergenissen angezeigt. Sollten mehrere Sachen gefunden werden, kann man leider nicht einzeln auswählen, was gelöscht werden soll. Einzig vor dem Suchlauf hat man die Möglichkeit, bestimmte Sachen auszuschließen. Dazu klickt man oben Links auf das Fragezeichen->Optionen.

SoundVolumeView is a simple tool for Windows that displays general information and current volume level for all active sound components on your system, and allows you to mute and and unmute them instantly.
SoundVolumeView also allows you to save a sound profile into a file, containing the current volume level and the mute/unmute state of all sound components, as well as the default sound devices, and then later, load the same file to restore exactly the same volume levels and settings.
There is also extensive command-line support, which allows you to save/load profiles, change current volume of every sound component, and mute/unmute every sound component, without displaying any user interface.
