EPG now-next on current channel. Size/Color selectable.
LEVEL signal selectable.
PC time clock displayed. TP info selectable.
OSD mode selectable. OSD delay selectable. Transparency. Some workaround for
AltDVB fullscreen/mouse cursor utilities.

This is a more functional and settable version of my MDapi OSDmm for altdvb-skyview-progdvb etc..

What's new in Ver 2_71:

- RAI4 : now read correct epg (epg sid is 3410 on channel sid 8514)

- Mediaset Ita : Option to invert short-long descriptor for last
month 'useless' short descriptor
