Tuniac ist ein schneller und übersichtlicher Audioplayer und -verwalter, der auf Zusatzfunktionen und allen überflüssigen Schnickschnack verzichtet. Die Freeware beschränkt sich auf das Abspielen von Musik und Playlisten.

Die Bedienung von Tuniac ist recht simpel. Der Musikfreund importiert schnell und einfach ganze Ordner seiner Musiksammlung und legt neue Playlisten an. Der Anwender hat dabei die Wahl, ob die Playlisten-Songs nach dem Zufallsmodus oder hintereinander abgespielt werden sollen.

Zur Steuerung von Tuniac genügen drei Buttons (Start, Stop und nächster/vorheriger Song) sowie ein Lautstärkeregler. Falls in den MP3-Dateien Plattencover abgelegt sind, zeigt Tuniac diese in der linken unteren Ecke. Der Audioplayer kommt mit den Formaten FLAC, MP3, AAC/M4A/MP4/3GP, OPUS, OGG, AC3, ALAC, APE, CDDA, MIDI, MPC, OFS/OFR, TAK, TTA und WV zurecht und enthält eine Unterstützung für Radio-Streams.

Die integrierte Suchfunktion durchstöbert auch große Musiksammlungen bemerkenswert flott. Tuniac ist ganz auf Nutzwert getrimmt und eignet sich bestens zum Sortieren und Abspielen der eigenen Musiksammlung.

    Added an updated version of the SNESAmp Wrapper plug-in which allows the 3rd party SNESAmp plug-in to work with WACUP without crashing & some general integration improvements that the wrapper brings (this will be generically installed but it will only be loaded & used if a valid SNESAmp installation is detected i.e. it should just work without you needing to do anything if you use SNESAamp)

    Changed the configuration dialogs for the Not So Asio, Not So Direct & Not So Yasapi to now be done via native preference pages as a child of the Output plug-in preferences node (this is useful for allowing changing the configuration of the output plug-in without risking selecting a different output plug-in & filling your hard drive with a load of output as happens with inadvertently selecting out_disk)

    Fixed a possible cause of the settings cache causing a deadlock in some setups from the crash reports received

    Fixed a number of issues related to moving around main playlist items in the JTFE playback queue (note: there are still some quirks which will be resolved in a later build once more of the playlist handling from the Winamp core has been replaced with all WACUP provided handling)
