A new version of OpenJDK JRE Portable has been released by PortableApps.com. OpenJDK JRE Portable allows you to carry a full-featured Java® runtime environment (JRE) on your PortableApps.com-enabled device all without any Java runtime on the local PC. This release is intended for developers working on JRE-dependent portable apps for testing. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format for easy use from any portable device and integration with the PortableApps.com Platform. It's open source for personal and business use.

Dipiscan is a portable, multi-featured network scanner.

With Dipiscan, you will be able to scan IP ranges, retrieve information from a machine from its IP address, NetBIOS name or DNS, find the network "road" taken to get another machine and you can monitor a machine to see the changes since the last scan. It additionally includes a configuration dialog that will allow you to configure system operations and micromanage them and you can also extend the right-click menu with custom commands.

Note: This tool may return VirusTotal hits but this is related to the fact that the app is "obfuscated" to prevent its decompilation.
